• Arcade Mode: standalone quick battles against previously defeated opponents;
• Card Collection: inspection and visualization of all 52 collectible cards, attribute wheels, and rarity artwork;
• Deck Builder: custom deck creation, card pairing, and configuration;
• Settings: adjustment of audio volumes, animation speed toggles, and in-game preferences.

All of your game progression (unlocked cards, custom deck structures, and battle records) is stored strictly in the local sandboxed storage of your device. This save data is never sent to user-profile cloud servers or shared with unauthorized third parties.

To eliminate any ambiguity, we explicitly declare that Pogomon DOES NOT collect any of the following categories of data:

While Pogomon functions completely offline, the application incorporates automated diagnostic, performance monitoring, and crash reporting systems. These capabilities are built solely to detect, diagnose, and resolve technical issues that could disrupt the player experience.

Whenever your device is connected to an active network (Wi-Fi or cellular data), the game may transmit structured, anonymous or pseudonymous technical telemetry logs to our developer diagnostic infrastructure.

Sole Purpose: This data is leveraged exclusively to maintain technical stability (targeting over 99.5% crash-free sessions), prevent critical bugs, optimize battery consumption, and ensure smooth performance across thousands of mobile device models.

To collect, aggregate, and analyze the technical error reports mentioned in Section 4 efficiently, we employ specialized, industry-standard third-party diagnostic and telemetry infrastructure providers.

These technical partners act strictly as data processors on our behalf and are bound by rigorous contractual, technical, and regulatory data protection obligations:

• They process only anonymous or pseudonymous technical event logs and crash diagnostics generated during runtime;
• They are strictly prohibited from selling, sharing, or repurposing this technical data for their own advertising or behavioral profiling;
• All transmissions occur exclusively over industry-standard encrypted channels via secure protocols (HTTPS / TLS).

Pogomon is distributed under a Premium (one-time purchase) commercial model. We firmly believe that strategic anime card battles should remain entirely free from predatory mechanics and distractions:

• Zero Third-Party Ads: The game never displays banner ads, interstitial full-screen popups, or video ads for rewards;
• No In-App Purchases (No IAP): There are no microtransactions. All 52 cards, story chapters, and game modes are unlocked solely through your skill and gameplay progression;
• No Ad Networks: No ad-network tracking SDKs or marketing libraries are included in Pogomon's codebase.

Pogomon is rated for players aged 10–12 and above (Everyone 10+ / PEGI 12 / Apple 12+), reflecting fantasy card battles and light visual novel narratives.

In full adherence to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Brazilian LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018), and family guidelines established by Google Play and the Apple App Store:

• We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children or minors;

• Offline Play Option: You can enjoy Pogomon completely offline (by turning off Wi-Fi and mobile data or enabling airplane mode), preventing any diagnostic transmission without any gameplay restrictions or penalties;
• Progress Deletion: Because all game progress is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the application or selecting "Clear Storage / Data" in your device's system settings permanently deletes all save files;
